Season Length:

 

National – September 1st until February (IHSA)  

Regionals – September 1st until February (IHSA)  

Nationals Summer Season – End of IHSA Season (TBD) until 1st week of July  

 

Practice Days: 2-3 practices per week, with two main weekday practices and specialized positional training on various weekends.

 

Practice Times: Practices times will be announced after creation of the team. Practices will run for 2 hours time slots between the hours of 5pm-10pm. Practice times may vary week by week, and a full schedule will be provided in advance. Our program will offer over 100+ hours of training and volleyball curriculum study.

 

Practice Structure: Practices will comprise of skill development, situational drills, concept analysis, game film review, as well as strength and conditioning. Practices will be categorized into either assigned team practices or positional station practices  

 

Practice Locations: Feldman Park Recreation Center & Techny Prairie Activity Center. More practice locations to be announced mid-season, but will be no more than 15 minutes from the aforementioned facilities.

 

Season Breaks:

 

Thanksgiving Break - November 24th to November 30th Holiday Break 

Nationals - December 22nd to January 3rd

Regionals – December 15th to January 12th

 

Tournaments:

Nationals Teams will participate in 22+ tournament dates (including travel to potential tournaments in California and St. Louis, and Orlando for AAU Nationals). Regional Teams will participate in 10+ tournament dates. Transportation to tournaments is not provided, and will require parents/guardians to transport students to and from tournaments. All regional tournaments will be <2 hour drive. Tournament locations are still TBD, and will be announced closer to the season, as registration is still closed at this time.

 

Cost:  Club season fees will cover uniform package as well as tournament costs. Families will be notified if there are additional costs (i.e. additional practices, additional tournaments, etc.), which any family and player may opt out of.
